This is going to sound like I'm defending these actions, so let me first say that I'm not. What I wanted to say that was even though I don't like her methods sometimes, I do like that she doesn't take shit from anyone (pun not intended). Obviously she goes overboard, and attacks those just for having a negative opinion of her, but in some cases, where people probably have started with her first, she doesn't back down. I like that about her.

I'm with you, groovethang. I wouldn't mind having Sharon Osbourne as my mother. Sure, she'd be embarrassing a lot of the time, but you KNOW she'd be in your corner when you needed it. She's very "mama bear" to me. Maybe a misguided rock-star version of mama bear, but still a mama bear.

I like that about her too. I remember in one episode of her show, her neighbors were being very noisy. She asked them to turn it down, but they continued anyway. She went into her refrigerator and got a huge ham. She tossed it over the fence and hit one of her neighbors. It was pretty funny. I've often wanted to throw a ham at my noisy neighbors!

I think the shit thing is kinda funny, actually. Disgusting, sure, but it doesn't surprise me coming from her.

ITA that Kelly was tolerable on the first season of The Osbournes. I thought she was really cute as well (I still do, sometimes). But her attitude is horrible now, and she seems to have adopted a cutesy fake persona in her interviews within the past year or so. I dislike her now.

Yeah, I thought Kelly was ok the first season... but by the third or so? I know she was on drugs, but it was really repulsive to watch a grown woman/vauguely teenager-ish girl throw an actual temper tantrum because she was expected to work and promote her album. I guess living off her parents, dropping out of school to homeschool herself, and partying didn't prepare her for the work she would have to do for what is a lot of people's dream job. Whatever, kid.

Last night on Gordon Ramsey's F word Sharon was the guest and I did not recognize her !! Another face lift I guess but she was buttoned up and stating she got too big of implants and are having them removed.

I really like Sharon. Yeah, she's gross and immature, but she's a tough and smart lady.

I suppose I can admire Sharon as a business woman. I can also appreciate that there literally would be no Ozzy without her (he would have just been that whathisname that got kicked out of Black Sabbath)

But I would not want to be this lady's neighbor or piss her off in any way shape or form.
