I kinda feel bad for Becks. I know Real Madrid was no longer an option for him, but I really think he should have tried his hand in Europe, particularly Italy instead of coming the states. I'm sure one of the clubs there would have taken a chance on him. I think he would have been happier.

I don't know about Eva, but I can definitely see Vic snarking on Tom in the corner.

I can definately picture Icky Vicky making fun of Tom's dancing, but I bet it wasn't Katie who saw it. I bet it was Tom who saw it, and he made Katie break off her friendship with Victoria. Katie has no say in anything, it's all what Tom wants. I can totally picture him yelling, "The nerve of that girl making fun of my ultra-hip dancing! KatE, you are never to speak to her again!"

Same here, let him buy friends. I wonder if its hit him and Vic that they're not going to be the big deal over here that they were in Europe. Soccer and the Spice Girls just aren't that popular in America.

David's voice isn't nearly as bad as Mike Tyson's IMO. And I feel like the only person who doesn't even think it's that bad. Plus it's so old and played out now (the mentioning his voice all the time thing). Let it go.

There was an interesting program about Beckham on CBC Newsworld at 10:00 last night. He seems quite a charming man, and as one chap put it "it's difficult not to like him, he's not a diva, he's a genuinely nice person".

Did anyone see him on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition on Sunday? One of the sons on the show was a huge fan, and they arranged a meet after a game. DB was very nice to the family.

Yup, my Mum was saying he was coming back to Vancouver next week or so, to visit a child who's quite ill.

He did a lot of those visits in the UK.

My nephew has tickets for tomorrow night.
