Margaret's children weren't entitled to British royal titles anyways, because, except in special circumstances (like a female being the heir), Brits take their titles and social standing from their fathers.
Anne refused to allow her children noble titles, even after the Queen offered a couple of times.

Actually, Anne's husband, Mark Phillips, was offered a title, but he refused. Anne and her husband tried to give their kids as normal a life as possible.

The only way Anne's kids would have gotten a noble title (barring the Queen losing her mind and specifically creating each of them nobles) was through their dad accepting a title. Anne said no. I don't think Mark, who was basically treated like a sperm donor (for Peter -- their are doubts about whether Zara's actually his), ever had a say in the issue. The Queen asked Anne, not Mark, whether Mark would accept a title so that Anne's kids would be titled. And Anne, not Mark, said no. If Mark said anything at all about the issue, he said what his wife told him to. He never got over his nerves around the family, and was described by Charles as being like a nervous dog that pisses anytime someone approaches. He's still ridiculed in the (not too terribly bright) family as being an idiot. And if the Windsors, of all people, are clowning you about how stupid you are, you have to be a complete dunce.

That's harsh coming from the Windsors. But Peter is teh hot. Who do they say Zara's daddy is?

Anne's former bodyguard, Peter Cross, has hinted that he's Zara's bio dad.

Ha! Quotes like that are why Charles is kind of my favorite royal.

Well, what do you expect, him being married to Anne?

I'm amazed that Anne, who is attracted to strong, independent-minded types like her dad, has twice married doormats. Maybe doormats are easier to live with, but why marry someone you can't respect?

Nobody knows what goes on in a marriage, so we'll never know.
I know someone who met her quite often in the '70 and '80 (she was Colonel in Chief or some such rank of his regiment). The enlisted guys actually found her quite attractive in person?! Straight talk (aka bluntness) goes along way with some men...

Just out of curiousity, do any of the European royals still have power in government or are they just ceremonial now?
