I'm going say England v Tunisia will be a 0-0..ahem..1-1 draw, its a feeling in me bones I have.

See i told ya I was genius at predicting, that was a drag until the last minute. I do wish the UK commentators would cool their boots oh the pananma game will be no bother now Harry Kane for Golden boot etc.
Panama might bite them in the bum and Belgium are hardly pushovers either!

I mean.... it hasn't been fun to watch our team lately, but to go out in the first round like this....feels unbelievable. In the worst way. What do we do now with our lives?

Mexico goes through! I couldn't decide on a winner for my grid, but I had Mexico and Germany in the top 4. solly, my condolences, but hot DAMN this is some wild-ass stuff. It kind of makes up for Argentina squeaking by and having to be subjected to Maradona's extended presence. I was mad at Sweden for a literal minute until South Korea scored, and then scored again.

Third time in a row that the defending champions flamed out in the group stage. Weird.
I'm still backing Belgium. I'm even taking a personal day tomorrow to watch them against England. That will be a defensive challenge for both teams.

Really crap refereeing in the Russia/Spain match...that was a very obvious foul against both Pique and Ramos in the box in the second overtime period should have earned Spain a penalty kick, but was over-ruled. It's the second time Spain faced a host nation (last time was South Korea) where they got the short end of poor referee calls. I knew they weren't going to win the tournament, but they deserved a lot better in that match.

I'm on pins and needles about Brazil-Mexico. I have nothing against Brazil but I'd be so happy if Mexico could finally break the curse.
