Well, I guess it's all a matter of perception (and geography.) I've seen some nasty behaviour from both teams in this series, and in the ones past. They're young guys playing a rough sport and they make stupid, careless decisions at times. The testosterone is flowing and tempers flare. Regardless, I will never defend a hit like Rome's -- I think his suspension was warranted and I hope the league keeps sending the message that dangerous hits like that will not be tolerated.
Win or lose, I think Thomas is clearly most deserving of the Vezina Trophy. He is unbelievably talented.

This is without a doubt the oddest playoff hockey I have ever watched. Strange, I wonder what game 7 will bring.

I'm not much of a hockey fan so I didn't expect to be so disappointed in tonight's outcome. I was rooting for Vancouver.

This is one of those unusual series where I would have been happy if either team had won. Boston is an Original 6 team and hadn't won for 39 years, and Vancouver is a Canadian team who had never won the Cup. I would have been pleased either way. |

I am speechless right now. Holy Mother of God....the Bruins just won the Stanley Cup!!!! Classy move by Vancouver playing Dirty Water. That really impressed me. |
