US Weekly reported that Christian met up with Lindsay in her trailer on the set of the movie she's filming, raising questions that the two could be an item. The magazine reported that Christian said it was the first time they've ever met, but Lindsay was reported to have said that she previously met him in London. Then US said that the two were seen talking at a nightclub, and he gave her a kiss on the cheek before leaving.

But everyone's pretty much determined that the rumor is false. PageSixSixSix also reported that they are not together. Thank God.

Maybe Lindsay and Christian could arrange a blinddate for his ex-wife and her dad. They seem pretty compatible (read: violent.)

I don't know what it says about him that his mom is releasing statements to the press in his defense--probably the same thing my mom would do, much to my chagrin--but I didn't know this:

He seems like a genuinely good-hearted guy, so where the hookers and arrests come from, I have no idea. (Not that I'm implying that they're not his fault, but it seems so bizarre.)

edited because I *have* heard before that he donated his salary to charity- it was ages ago and I think I read it on some teentybopper website. Wow. I had completely forgotten that.

He's a good actor, but I can't get over the fact that my ex-hubby, who was a comic/impersonator (don't ask!) used to do an impression of him morphing into Jack Nicholson that was spot on:

"I think I may be the bastard love child of Jack Nicholson...if I slow my voice down like this, take deep breaths, think sleezy...I sound just like him" (imagine someone morphing from Christian's voice to Jack's). It was uncanny, really. Unfortunately, every time I now think of CS, I think of of the ex!

Dude, as I mentioned before, the majority of my CS knowledge comes from an off-hand joke in a movie he wasn't even in and I knew that. You don't need to ask Jeeves to figure out that one.
