There are only 3 episodes left and I feel like this season hasn't even gotten started much less good.

That last Bill and Sookie love scene has to be one of the un-sexiest things I have ever seen on TV. I so did not want to see Bill's pasty, doughy, vein-covered body humping away on Sookeh. No thank you!

She could have waited a little longer after Alcide dying to slide herself under Bill.

Some good scenes tonight with Tara and her mom and with Jessica and Hoyt. I always loved Jess and Hoyt together! I literally don't give two shits about what happens to Bill and Sookie. Also, I can't believe there are only two episodes left... I feel like they have wasted SO much time this season when they could have been building on and tying up existing storylines in an attempt to give longtime viewers of the show a satisfying final season.

I agree. There was no point to Violet, Adilyn and her boyfriend/step brother, the Hep V vamps. This season was such a letdown especially since last season had been so good after season after season of disappointment.

I've complained about Tara since season 1, but I was tearing up during her scenes with Lettie Mae. That was a beautiful send off for the character and actress.

I don't know, it was nice to see Tara and her mom have some closure, but I think it sucks they dedicated a whole ep to Terry and barely acknowledged her death with her being one of the central characters. Sookie didn't seem to really give a shit and she was supposed to her bestie, her fucking maker didn't even acknowledge it.

Hoyt was much hotter than Jason last night. Jessica is the vampire/female version of Jason.

I'm in and out of this show - mostly out because it is too cornball and I don't care for Sookie. Or Bill. But I've watched enough to realize that death of a supposed loved one ain't nothing to Sookie Stackhouse.
Her grandmother was brutally murdered in season one by an unknown assailant. Sookie mopped up the gallons of her grandmother's blood, cried while she ate a pie, then she ran off to bone Bill and almost never mentioned her grandmother again. Instead she walked around with a big stupid grin on her face because she porked the world's most boring vampire. Forgot stupid, murdered grandma! Sookie gave up her V card, everyone! Yay!
So if that's her reaction to a close relative who raised her, I'm not surprised that her answer to her best friend's death was all "No big whoop" and she decided that the best response to her boyfriend's death was to go pork Bill again.

Sam disappears for a couple of episodes then we learn he's run off to Chicago? I could see the writers thinking, "the audience doesn't care about Sam at this point, let's say he ran off with his wife." They should just let Sam and Tara run off together during the first couple of episodes this season and had one of them give some meta speech about how the town doesn't care about them anymore. It would have been better than the shit that was written for them this season.
I suppose it was nice Hoyt and Jessica are back together, but I still laughed at their love scene. It was so over-the-top and corny.
Overall, this episode was a waste. The season started off with so much promise and then lost steam about 4 episodes ago.
