True Blood and Friday Night Lights topped this year’s Emmy snubs. NBC’s football drama receiving only one nomination — for casting. Blood only earned nominations for art direction, casting and title design — no nods for their actors.

I find it hilarious that Sookie and Bill are universally hated on the internet from I've seen. Alan Ball has a hard on for their relationship, yet everyone finds them annoying. I wonder if she and Stephen are aware of it.

I'm not surprised Bill is hated; he is so dull and such a bore. Funny, as I saw the actor talk in an interview once, and he seems really bubbly and cool. I don't like Sookie much who is too much of a Barbie doll for me, but I really like the way Anna plays her. Where as I do like Tara, the character, and the actress playing her is really pretty to boot, but her performance is so forced and OTT with the, well, 'shucking and jiving' becomes embarrassing to watch her at times.

Eh - I like the relationship between Sookie and Bill. Mostly because it's not so hardcore intense like last season, so it gives the show a chance to concentrate on the other players like Lafayette and Tara. I don't see the "bad acting" that many people comment on... I think both actors are laying it out there just as the producer wants them to.

My friend keeps going on about how she finds her ugly - but I think Anna looks very pretty a lot on the show. But that close-up? Not a good look. At all. She has one of those crazy Naomi Watts faces that can go from fug to stunning, depending.

I'm also kinda distracted by Moyer's hotness to really focus on Anna.

Sigh, I miss her as Rogue.

She seems really nice and down-to-earth overall. One of the few child stars not to go off the deep end.
