I listened to the interview and he didn't come on radio to even mention anything about it. He thought he was there to promote his CD. He didn't expect to be talking about Janet. The interviewer was just really sly and blind-sided him. Almost as soon as he spoke you could hear him go "Oops!"

Also the impression I got was off-air while his song was playing he thought he was having an off-the-record conversation (maybe about his family...not about Janet or any "secrets") and then as soon as they were back on air all of a sudden the interviewer starts asking about his brother, the marriage to Janet and the kid.

I don't think it was his calculated masterplan to spill the beans on Janet. He just seems like he's not that media savvy or even that great at keeping a secret when faced with interrogation. But the fact of his niece's existence isn't his big secret so he wouldn't have been on guard and let it unintentionally slip.

Anyway good luck to Daryll and his CD (I like the way he is so insignificant in this that noone in the media reporting this story knows or is bothered to check his name). Personally I'm waiting for his brother Chico to hit us with another album.

Janet denies she has a secret child.

“I do not have a child and all allegations saying so are false,” Jackson said in a statement released to the syndicated “Access Hollywood” TV show.

If any member of the Jackson family says one thing, I'm always inclined to believe the opposite.

I know a girl who was living with her father and hid her pregnancy till full term..in fact birth! He saw her and was in close contact with her under the same roof every single day y'all. He only found out she was with child when the hospital called the house to tell him that she had checked herself in and had given birth to a baby girl. He was shocked to say the least. He did not suspect in the least. He thought she was just getting a little chubby. She hid herself under clothes but it was winter so he didn't notice.

But just in case she's lying it's not impossible that she did. She wasn't that famous back in the day and she could have gotten away with it. Plus not there was not even type of paparrazzi there is now way back then to cath her when she went out. That is if she even went out at all because from what I've read Janet and James spent most of their marriage just living in Janet's bedroom at the Jackson family mansion isolating themselves from the rest of the Jackson family and from the world. Occasionally Michael would visit and on one occasion he danced naked in the rain in view of their window but otherwise those two lived isolated in Janet's wing until she had enough of James drug taking and buckled to MJ's advice to get a divorce and threw him out. It was right around that time that she ditched James DeBarge that she started work on the Control album.
