Are people really blaming the teen here? Even if it's a hoax, the world in general seems to get what Franco would do for "art." He's totally shameless. I prefer his younger brother David.

Yeah, even if it was a hoax on his part (which I don't believe), what was he going to do if she said- yeah, lets get a room? How far would he have taken it? And how fucking cruel. The guy sucks either way.

I never cared for his brother really, but he kind of won me over with his Robert DeNiro impression from Meet the Parents, in the trailer for The Neighbors.

He shared a whole bunch of new selfies on instagram, including this pic, but looks like he's since deleted them.

Some excerpts from his recent Howard Stern radio show interview where he talks about his instagram scandal:

“Here’s the thing … the way that the news wants to do it, because the way flashy headlines [are] … they make it like, I’m perusing young woman,” James said on Howard Stern‘s radio show. “I’m not going to high schools looking for dates. I’m leaving my work and they’re coming there,” he explained. “I’m seeing attractive women. And look, my fan base is like, you know, 17-year-old to 30-year old women — that’s my biggest fan base.”

“I was a gentleman, I said, ‘Do you have a boyfriend?,’ and her response was, ‘Not when you’re around,’” James elaborated. “So that to me sounds like, OK, she’s interested. Here’s what I’ll say in her defense — I don’t think she posted it knowing what was gonna happen. I was like anybody, just trying to meet somebody. It’s just that my dirty s**t gets put out internationally.”

1. Why would he post a near-nude photo of his creepy, sweaty, mustachioed self wearing dingy underwear, like anyone on planet earth wants to see that mess?

2. The fact that he says "in her defense" about the 17-year-old girl he tried to pick up really pisses me off. She has done NOTHING that needs to be defended, and he's implying that she was somehow in the wrong in the whole situation.

Yes, James Franco, I get it. Choo Choo Bob is a very big deal amongst the 3-5 year old set here in Minneapolis. And CC Bob doesn't troll pre schools, they come to him as he's leaving his work. So it's not creepy, they are perusing him!

If CC Bob asked a cute 4 yo old if she had a daddy, and be kid said, "You can be my daddy," it's all consensual, right?
