Rescuing this from page 3.
That was a brutal ending, and I can't believe we have to wait at least 6 weeks for a new episode. I don't think Matt is leaving the series, so Cary can't stay really stay in jail, but I'm wondering where this is going to go..... I'm thinking Kalinda will make sure Lemond loses custody of his son, and that will be her downfall.
And I really like Finn and Alicia together. And all things Eli.

It was brutal. Poor Cary.
But yes - I think they are setting it up so Kalinda will do something that with set Cary free while either getting her killed or make it so she will have to go into hiding. She's getting very close to pushing Bishop over the edge.
I can't believe dumb Grace pulled that letter out in class. But then, I can't believe Alicia wrote it unless she knew the teacher personally and he/she would know she was joking.

I think Grace is going to remain dumb for the duration of this series.

Cary's storyline is so stressful! How is the show going to get out of this? They could do a time jump of 2 years to when he is out of prison but he would be disbarred and there wouldn't be much else to do with him on the show. My theory (which I stole from someone else on the Internet), is that since he plead guilty he can't appeal. But he has 30 days to change his mind. So during that time Kalinda agrees to testify against Bishop in return for them dropping the case against Cary and then she goes into witness protection. Which is how Kalinda leaves the show too.
I haven't been thrilled with Kalinda's plots for a long time but I loved the scene between her and Bishop. Speaking of which, I don't think a US remake of Luther is necessary but since they are doing one, Mike Colter should play the American Luthor.
On a shallow note I think Geneva Pine is so pretty. And the detective who she was having an affair with was homely as hell. They couldn't find a better looking actor? Also is Taye Diggs ever coming back?

I definitely think Kalinda's going to be a sacrificial lamb and Cary will go free. It's being telegraphed from a mile away.
Hate having to wait so long for new episodes.

And I'm fine with that, since I find Kalinda very one-note and tedious.

Archie Panjabi also appears on The Fall (a crime drama). The show is set in Northern Ireland and her character is the only one from the local investigators who isn't Irish. I'm thinking she can't do any accents at all. Sad thing is that now she sounds like an American (badly) faking a British accent. She even does the same "heyy/hiii" thing she does on TGW, too. But I bet she's happy that all of her scenes are with the show's leading lady ;-).

Okay - I was a bit distracted by the fact that the RCMP guy Kalinda was skyping with was Gilbert Blythe and I may have missed something. Did Diane find Kalinda's fake read email? Could this come back to bite them? I suppose this is yet another way Kalinda could leave the show.

They never showed Diane grabbing the email but that was the implication. Kalinda was able to get real proof but hadn't deleted the fake evidence yet and that is what Diane submitted.
I was confused that Peter had set up the judge to be delayed? I guess that was the only way he could help Cary. But how did he even know that they needed to stall? I guess Alicia told him at some point?
Cary's face when the charges were dismissed. Matt Czuchry has been killing it this season. I covet all of Alicia's wardrobe but especially that red trench coat at the end.
