Bernadette. Was she the one with the sorority chicks, who was basically just playing dress-up? They were annoying. I was hoping that Randy would give those bitches a dressing down and kick their asses out of the salon.

I was hoping that Randy would give those bitches a dressing down and kick their asses out of the salon. Bernadette came with her mother and two sisters and maybe a cousin, and she was really wishywashy on what she wanted, super-picky on the dresses she did try on (ewww, belts. I hate belts! This seam is really ugly, etc) and when she finally seemed to like something, she was faking because it was for a laugh. It turned out she had actually decided on a dress at a different bridal store, but for some undetermined reason she went to Kleinfeld's to annoy me, the viewing audience, and Keisha. And probably Randy. Which reminds me, how much do I love that Randy was Miss Gay America 1990? He just nonchalantly dropped that tidbit into an interview--I think it was the pageant queen who couldn't find a pageanty wedding dress.

The Pnina Tormai, forever known as "stripper fairy" dresses on TWOP, have a lining that can be inserted so it is not sheer for the wedding. Yeah, I can't imagine going down the aisle having my grandparents seeing me in that getup.

Yeah, I can't imagine going down the aisle having my grandparents seeing me in that getup. Didn't the bride with new boobs pick that dress (or something like it - says the dress moron)? It was something like $12,000! But Grandma was front and center and super proud of Miss New Boobs, so I'm guessing Grandma's money was paying for most of that trainwreck. I see Ivanka Trump had a fairly modest dress - lacey high neck and sleeves. It was beautiful. It seems that you can't buy sleeves anymore. Some women just don't have the arms to go sleeveless. In my limited experience with bridal gown shopping as a friend - I pretty much just sat and encouraged the bride, no matter what she liked or didn't like. I can't believe these bitches actually tell a bride that they don't agree with her choice!

I love Ivanka's dress - very classy and elegant. And not strapless!!
I looooove Randy. I would totally want to hang out with him if I was at Kleinfeld's. Most of the salespeople have the patience of saints as I would flip my lid on most of those wishy washy brides and their bitchy friends and family.

Man, I can't stop checking out the Friday marathons of this show. Today was the first time I saw a bride wearing that horrible lingerie bodice dress. It is so trashy, I don't know why her mother and grandmother weren't saying Please Don't Wear That!

I'm so glad the show finally featured a bride who wasn't afraid to stand up to her controlling mother! I don't get why mom was obsessed with gown having a long train. I would be terrified of someone stepping on it and ripping it. At least you take off a veil later on. The mom was clearly not happy and probably sulked for the rest of the day that her daughter wasn't going to fit her vision of what a bride should look like but the bride was happy at least!
I felt awful for the bride that was still mourning her mother. The consultants were right. She just wasn't ready to go shopping and accept her mom could not be there. Hopefully, she found a dress later on.

She never did explain why she wanted her daughter to have a massive train, did she? I cringed when they added another layer to the veil, yowza.

Oh man, this show is my crack. I guess I inherited the wedding gene because one time my college roomate and I bought 4 bride's magazines and we weren't even dating anyone. We just wanted to look at the dresses! (Sad I know) I also buy the Instyle Wedding issue to look at dresses-still single . Anyhoo, that bride Bernadette who kept looking and discarding dresses was such an annoying bitch. I was dying for Keisha or Randy to say, "just leave" and it's is the height of rudeness to have the consultants waste all that time on you knowing that you were just "curious as to what was out there." How about that other lady who tried on 100s of dresses all over the country because she was getting married in like three weeks and moving to some remote island and they didnt have dresses (or something)? She left empty handed. I think the consultant was right when she said that woman would never be happy. "Just like you stop looking when you met your fiancee you have to stop looking at dresses.". I frakin' love this show.

I'm under the impression the long train was simply part of her vision of the perfect bride. Maybe she viewed her daughter as a princess and she thinks princesses need a long train? I'm blaming Princess Diana for this one!
Was that the one that came in with list of dresses she wanted to try on? God, I remember being amazed that woman managed to settle on a man to marry! I believe the consultant said that woman probably went down the aisle obsessing over a dress she didn't try on. Sadly, she's probably right.
