I would have said that the 50 year old homeless alcoholic kinda looked like Tiger Woods.
Get it together, man, you have no reason to be a total jackass.

While I'm glad no one was injured in the incident, I'm glad his comeback is failing. His implosion still seems to be ongoing. Almost 10 years later, I'm still amazed at his fall from grace. I never liked the guy. Ever. I always thought he was insecure and full of self-loathing. Whenever someone writes the definitive tale of Tiger, I'll be first in line to buy it. It's not even about kicking him while he's down, or basking in the glee of his disgrace, I'm just curious about how and why he threw it all away with both hands. Over bearing dad? Lack of strong identity? Was he doping? Does he have any real friends? His party hound famous friends seem to have calmed down, or are at least better at hiding it/keeping it out of the press, so why hasn't he? Is this/was it all about arrested development? He's a 40 something dad. Get it together, Tiger.

All the young golfers go to the gym and work out to build muscle; it's the only way to be competitive in golf these days.
As for Tiger? I never found him attractive, just an ordinary guy. It baffles me that someone who had everything - a beautiful and devoted wife, two adorable kids, a successful career, fame and riches, and admiration and respect - could throw it all down the shitter for a cheap fuck. Hope it was worth it.
I also wonder how *that* night went down back in the day, when Elin found out about his cheating. It must have been epic, to have him running for his life in his car as she brandished his golf clubs.

It has been a most epic fall from grace for him. I have zero sympathy. He has more money than god (and apparently more money than judgement). Have a driver on standby, or you know, call a cab or uber. I'm sorry, drunk driving is a hot button issue for me. He's a fucking moron.

There really is zero excuse for drunk driving in the days of Uber and Lyft. Of course, Tiger is now claiming that he wasn't drunk but had "an unexpected reaction to prescribed medication". Apparently in Tiger's mind, pills are more respectable than booze.

Hope it was worth it. Literally a "cheap fuck" in that one of his lays was a Perkins waitress. Couldn't he at least have bumped it up a notch and fornicated with a random Olive Garden waitress? Just so bizarre that it is difficult to wrap your mind around. He was never kind and always arrogant.

I'm guessing the implication is that it's because he was prescribed meds for his recent back surgery and, being the naive "gee, pills, how do I take these" person he is*, had said "unexpected reaction." So yeah, super weak "apology," if you even want to call it that. *obvious sarcasm ETA: Well, he seems to be telling the truth about the booze. His breathalyzer was .00: link

Thanks for that explanation, Carolina. I just don't think of pro golf as the kind of sport that "requires" its participants to dope--just doesn't seem that physically demanding. It does when your father is hell-bent on having the world's best/youngest/most record-breaking golfer in history. Don't know if dad started this, but I'm sure the pressure to be the best had significant influence on Tiger's choices.

However, it probably didn't help his case when he was adamant about not taking the test in the first place:If he knew he hadn't been drinking, why not prove it by blowing into the little tube? I don't get it.

The police report seems to contradict him being uncooperative and he did take 2 breathalyzer, so not sure why that online blog is disputing that: linkETA: that link is also wrong in that he wasn't pulled over, he was already stopped. Not trying to be a big Tiger defender, just think facts are facts.
