Holy fuck, this week's episode has been shrill. Sam Elliot has been the only redeeming feature. You mean Parks and Rec, right? If so, then the Ron and Ron scenes were my favorites. Oh god, you're right. (And I completely agree. Ron's face was hilarious.) |

Gillian Jacobs was on Fashion Police promoting Bad Milo (I think with Ken Marino?). I didn't know she was Juilliard trained! Joan had jokes about that vs. the 'ass demons' in Milo... GJ has a more interesting background than I realized. She mentioned not having beer (iirc) and then admitted never having alcohol in her life, that her family had done enough drinking for her. I liked her before but I like her more now.

Epic trailer for season 5. I have to admit that even with Dan Harmon returning I wasn't really looking forward to the next season of Community. But this looks awesome. I'm still in denial of Donald Glover leaving early though

I've read good things from TV critics who've seen the first few episodes, so I'm really optimistic.

I just started watching the entire series on Hulu right before NYE and will probably watch the new ep tomorrow. Soon happy I started watching. It's terrific.

I did not love the two episode 5th season beginning. It felt too disorienting and depressing. I love the show, so I'll stick with it for a while, but I hope it improves. I thought just getting rid of Chevy Chase/Pierce would help, but they made the other teacher abrasive and insensitive, so not really an improvement.

I forgot they should've all graduated by now. Guess it's good the characters have done some changing instead of like other shows that have students that never get to graduate.
I have to confess to having a crush on the actor playing the new teacher when he was on a sitcom back in the 90s called Fired Up.
It was a confusing time for me.
