I loved tonight's episode. It was the first one this season that really felt like the old Community. Although I have to admit that I do miss Pierce. I know Chevy Chase was terrible to work with but I thought he was funny in small doses. Jonathan Banks was great on Breaking Bad but he is definitely not a comedian. Now if they could have gotten Walter Goggins on a recurring basis that's another story...

I like how they're working out Troy's departure, though I'm bummed about it. (And poor Abed - "Coolcoolcool" "He's lying.")

Being able to watch re-runs in the evening, I've started to notice that Annie is a self centered screw up. I hadn't noticed over the seasons, but being able to watch the episodes where 1) she rats Chang out to the Dean so the group can stay together 2)the Space Time convention where she pretends to be married to Jeff and ruins whatever he had going on with that other woman 3) last night finding out that she dosed the group with some sort of amphetamine and they didn't know it. She always tearfully cries that she's sorry, but then she makes the same mistake again. There are other examples of her deciding that her needs or a higher truth make whatever she does o.k. This is making me like her a lot less. Actually, last night I don't think she was sorry, she seemed to be gloating.

Very nice send off. I hope that if there is a season 6 Troy at least pops by occasionally.
I just found out online that Magnitude was in the Harry Potter movies. He played Lee Jordan. Mind blown.
