(Minus the wearing of a unitard....I am over unitards. ) I'm watching it now, and I keep waiting for her left boob to pop out. Poor thing keeps having to pull on it during her performance to make sure she doesn't pop out.

Okay, watched it. I’m speechless. I’m so glad to live in the same time as Beyonce.

I live on the west coast and stayed up past my normal bedtime and loved every second of it. (Minus the wearing of a unitard....I am over unitards. ). Amazing performance. For most of the show she wore shorts and a hoodie. The unitard is her signature look so she will still wear it especially with the dancing she does. Anyway I am still floored. Black Twitter was living. The magnitude of what she did will be talked about for a long time. To go on a traditionally white platform like Coachella and ferociously spotlight traditional black themes and concepts was nothing short of amazing. Nina Simone, Malcolm X, HBCU culture, trap, bounce, Fela Kuti, too much to mention. All an ode to blackness. And all served live. Unbelievable. Her vocals when she hit those operatic notes. She is peerless and deserves all the accolades. First black woman to headline. In 2018. "Ain't that a bi**h".

I playing around on YouTube last night, and saw they were streaming Coachella live. I decided I might as well see what Beyonce was going to do that required 100 dancers according to TMZ, and tuned in. I came in on Formation, so I only missed her intro, one costume change, and at least 2 songs. Stayed up until 3am my time because I didn't realize she was actually going to do an entire concert! I was completely impressed. She did an amazing job. It was sadly for the wrong crowd. I guess she did it for the culture, and the people tuned in at home, because the audience seemed dead. I thought it would have been a great concept for her next tour. I loved all the HBCU imagery. It was an experience. I do have to keep it real and say that I was not convinced she was singing live the entire time. It didn't matter, she danced and moved the entire time, so well done. I am also over the unitard, but like someone said earlier it is her signature look. I like the mini hoodie, and shorts with boots look the best. I would also like her to do something different with her hair, but also, that's her signature look, so whatevs. The dancers impressed me so much. I'm not sure she had 100, but she did have women of all shapes and sizes who knocked it out of the park.
Some of her stans are saying it was her best performance, or the performance of a lifetime. I've never gone to or watched one of her concerts, so I'll take their word on it. It was an incredible spectacle to watch. She did it all with old songs, and recycled choreography, and made it seem fresh. Well done.
It's not enough to make me a fan, but credit where credit is due. She is peerless as a performer.

Beychella was awesome! I am a member of the Rihanna Navy and the Navy Queen herself was in the front row getting her life. I will totally buy the DVD/Blu-Ray should Bey bless us with one. It was totally and unapologetically Black. I loved it.

I think most performers, especially when they're doing lots of dancing or stunts like Bey and Pink do, have a live vocal backing track. They'd be crazy not to imo.
I didn't see it, I know it will make it's way unto blu ray sooner or later, but it makes me a little giddy that she sang Lift Every Voice and Sing in front of that audience.
