I love Beyonce's new song. Can't get it out of my head. lol. I have to say, I like both Beyonce and Taylor. They both work hard, make a lot of content for their fans, and I'm happy both of them have seen success.

I actively dislike most country music, and I am neutral towards Beyoncé, but I am absolutely disgusted at the "gate keeping" John Schneider is doing. She can create music in whatever genre she likes.

Completely agree. Beyoncé doesn't need country music. I would suspect that most country musicians are happy to welcome her. Or at least the ones I like would be happy to open the genre up. |

John Schneider had the quickest fall from grace I have ever seen.
He won Masked Singer last season. And my God! I hadn’t heard from him since The Dukes!
He was humble, still good looking, and an amazing singer!
I was telling MrF he would be on all the interview shows in the next few weeks, and he was! He posted a far right diatribe on X the evening they aired the show, and all his interviews were canceled before they even started.
Now he’s gate keeping Country music to gain back some Twitter fame.
The guy is just…so clueless.

I’m not really into country music and I like some of Beyoncé’s songs (including some songs from Destiny’s Child), but “Texas Hold ‘Em” is a bop. It makes me want to go line dancing. I don’t even line dance! I don’t even think I’d be good at it. Listening to instructions and moving my feet at the same time? I don’t think so! But I’d try if “Texas Hold ‘Em” was playing.
