I am gutted that it's over. I actually clapped as the credits rolled. A really well-done show. I wasn't sure I liked Boyd's arrest but those closing lines--"We dug coal"--put me over the edge. There's an article online that breaks down the finale & how hard it was to get back Limehouse & the others for that "who got you out?" shot, and most of the principals were already working on other projects throughout the last episodes, which made filming a bitch. You certainly couldn't tell. This definitely goes on my "Best Shows" list.

I got my boyfriend hooked on Justified. He'd watch episodes when he got home from work at 2:30 am.
We just marathoned season 6 over the long weekend and the ending was perfect. Not many shows can give such a satisfying finale but I feel they totally pulled it off. I was so worried about Ava.
Speaking of Ava, I also felt that the actress really brought it for the final season. Earlier seasons, there was a lot of unfavorable comparison of her to Natalie Zea, which is fine, that's what we do here. But I thought she kicked ass with what was asked of her.
One thing though, I REALLY did not need to see Wynn Duffy getting out of his tanning bed in a speedo.
