Oh, hell yeah. The smoking hot Timothy Olyphant is starring again in a TV show which actually looks pretty entertaining. Justified is the story of a modern-day southern lawman coming back home to help clean up the town he left behind (the show is based on an Elmore Leonard character.) The trailer had me at “he pulled first”. Love the rap/country music mix that accompanies the clip too. Bless you FX for giving this man a show – good, charismatic eye candy is always welcome.

I'm from rural Kentucky. I hope we're not caricatured or criticized too much. Fingers crossed.

Well, dichterin, I don't have a lot of faith in TV making sure that various regions of the US aren't shown in the most stereotypical way possible, but I did notice that the trailer has a resident lawman that isn't a buffoon, so that's a start.

I agree. At least the lead character is a hottie who has teeth.

I'm also looking forward to it. Let's hope this finally makes Olyphant a household name.

Dear Television Gods,
Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for bringing Timothy Olyphant back to my screen! He is truly sex on a stick! And hey the show wasn't bad either! Definitely has potential! Just need to drop random uses of the word "justified" though. Oh and if the writers are right now thinking a love triangle between Rayland, the recent widow, and the ex-wife is a good idea tell them it's not!
Thanks! angelaudie

The premiere was so much fun. I have laughed and laughed at those idiotic rednecks. Walter Goggins can do no wrong. I love to hate on his characters.
I'm not fond of the widow. Could she tamp down the crush just a wee bit? Thanks.
I don't see Rayland & the ex getting back together, but she's definitely going to be his sounding board.
Oh, and Rayland's new team? Love them.

This. So much. I couldn't decide when she was first introduced if she was drunk, high, dumb, or just plain old odd. I guess I should cut her break since the night before she shot her husband and spent the night and jail. Still, I hope the scene when she was recapping what went down was supposed to be funny because I was howling. Rayland's "WTF?!" and "You've got to be kidding me!" faces were priceless!
Actually, there was a lot of humor though much of it dark. Like Boyd screaming, "Woman do you only shoot men who are eating?!" and again Rayland's face when Boyd was recapping his belief why Jews are bad. What Boyd was saying wasn't funny (especially in light of the current political climate) but Rayland's reaction was!
I must say this show has perfect timing debuting when a lot of tea bagging racist morons are coming out of the woodwork and screaming about the evils of government and taxes. Boyd and his crew certainly add realism to the show with their nutty beliefs.

Reminded me of Sons of Anarchy, but, no problem, I like SOA and I liked the premiere ep of Justified.
