I thought he broke his leg and that's why he walks the way he does. I don't mind since that swagger is freaking hypnotizing.

Ah, interesting. Funny how the things people think are weaknesses can work for you (Lauren Hutton's gapped teeth, for example).

I watched the last 10 minutes of this ep with my fingers over my eyes. Poor Loretta. She's way too smart for her own good. I knew she was going to figure out something was up with her dad, but damn...did she have to go to the most volatile member of the family for answers?
I felt bad for Coover when Mags was talking about how naturally stupid he was and not from any accident. I lost all sympathy when he went after Loretta after nearly choking his brother to death. The set up for the fight with Raylan heighten the tension. I was on pins & needles. I'm glad Raylan took the shot, but damn, if this don't mean the Bennetts are going to be after him.
I love this show!

Yeah, last night was pretty awesome. Mags is scary as hell. I'm afraid of what she'll do to get her revenge.
And how about Boyd's dancing?! Apparently the actor who plays him was a clogging champ as a kid, so that was really him dancing around.

Wally dances? Is there anything he isn't good at? Seriously?
I'm ready for Boyd & Ava to hook up. They looked good together at Mags. I wonder if the deal is still on. Aren't the police going to arrest the Bennetts or is Coover taking the rap for the dad's death?

Aren't the police going to arrest the Bennetts or is Coover taking the rap for the dad's death? I'm kind of curious about the deal too. Mags and Carol never shook on it. With things going down I wonder if the coal company will get cold feet and find a way around Mags. And I'm curious if the deal between Boyd and Mags will stay. It just feels like something can go bad here. It's hard to tell with the dad. He was poisoned and I don't know how long that stuff is detectable. The police officer said that he was pretty decomposed. I guess we'll see about that. When Mags asked to say goodbye to Loretta, you KNOW it was more so she could find out how much she knows about her father's death. I'm sure they'll just pin it on Coover if they can (after all, he had the watch. I suppose all Loretta could prove was that Dickie acted like he at least knew about the death). But if they can detect poison, I think the spotlight will land on Mags. Poison is a lady's murder weapon. Men choose more violent means. And if they can somehow detect that the only other thing in his stomach was her "apple pie" she might be in trouble.

I know this is minor, but what the hell was in Coover's bag?

If I'm remembering correctly, when they threw the dad's body down that hole, they dumped a bunch of lime on it. If that was intentional foreshadowing, I think they'll be able to find the poison, since lime preserves corpses.

How does this show do it week after week? Seriously? This episode was packed with so much stuff. All these storylines and nothing was shorted. Everything was addressed and...wow.
They need to go ahead and give Mags the Emmy because she broke my heart/scared the living daylights out of me. I felt sorry for her. Losing her child, losing her standing in the community, but then she turned that shit around and threatened that man & laid down the law with her dumbass son.
Raylan and Naomi...love them. I love that they are really trying with this relationship. I cracked up at their ILY because there was so little drama to it and it still wasn't a good enough reason for them to really give it a 2nd chance.
Boyd and Eva...Yes! I was hoping for up-against-the wall sex, but I was more than happy with the kiss and hug.
My guess for who hired the hitmen...Gary. What other reason would we have for his scene with the mobster? I think that's why he was doing that fake crying at the lawyer's office & contesting the insurance policy.
OT: Had a dream about Justified. I was Tim's gf and I got shot in the stomach. Luckily it was a graze, but Tim was all sweet & sexy patching me up. And then the damn phone rang.

I don't think Gary has the balls to hire a hitman. I think Gary owes money to the Dixie Mafia and he knows the Dixie Mafia are going to off Winona so Gary can collect the insurance money. Then, Gary can pay off them off. His tears are somewhat sincere. He really hates to see Winona die but he's a self-centered coward and will not doing anything to risk his own life like out the scheme. Though I wouldn't put it past Gary to hint to the Dixie Mafia that some of their problems would disappear if Raylan was no longer in the picture...
Ava is much more interesting with Boyd than she ever was with Raylan. What made her relationship with Raylan annoying is she viewed him as some sort of knight in shining armor and idealized him. She has no such illusions with Boyd. I also think this season she saw a side to Boyd she didn't know existed. He has been incredibly sweet and tender towards her at times. He's also been fairly honest with her. As long as Boyd never beats her (and I don't think he will) and is honest about his illegal doings then Ava will accept him.
TWOP posters are blaming Winona for the Art/Raylan rift (lots of Winona hate there) but honestly this has been building for awhile. Art has made no secret how Raylan's body count bothers him and how he would prefer Raylan would ask questions before he shoots. Art doesn't want his team to have the reputation of killing fugitives instead of apprehending them. Not to mention I'm sure he has to deal with questions from the higher ups every time Raylan brings in a fugitive in a body bag or in a hospital gown. Covering up for Winona was merely he straw that broke the camel's back. This rift would have taken place even if Winona had never taken the money or at least never involved Raylan.
Actually, I appreciate this show acknowledges that law enforcement wants to bring in wanted criminals alive. Other cop shows act like a law enforcement officer having a high body count isn't a big deal when in reality it is!
Finally, show I must request more Tim next season! This request is purely because I think there is untapped storyline potential for Tim. It has nothing to do with the fact I think Tim is a sexy man! Nope, none whatsoever!
