Watching a movie in a theatre is something I took for granted. Never again. Yup, it crossed my mind at the time that it would be my last in-theatre movie for a while, and I counted how many people were there (I think at that time the recommendation was fewer than 50). I'm starting today with a journal of how life is changing, while I still can name the dates of "last" experiences.

When this is all over I am going to the movies. I have my list.

^^Ditto. And even though my anxiety might be high about trying it, (if it is even available) I really miss movie theater popcorn.

I wish that they would just start releasing more movies On Demand. Endlessly pushing them back is just frustrating. I can't see any time in the near future when theatres will open and I just saw that Broadway won't open until January.

I went to the drive in and saw 2 movies. It was wonderful. I also really really miss movie popcorn. It is so good!

Maybe all this will lead to a renaissance of the drive-in theater.

I'd love to see a drive-in open close to where I live. No go though so far but it'd be fun!

Strangely since I posted I got an email from Cineplex and the movie theatres in my area opened up today. I'm in British Columbia, Canada. You can only get in 15min before the movie starts. They are selling food. No contact payment and all the seats are reserved. Everyone is in a staggered pattern for social distancing and there is a limited number of people allowed in. They're showing all the movies that were in before the lockdown happened. It's good to see things start to open up but my friends and I are still leery and probably won't go a month or so depending on how stable the numbers are here.

Nothing. This is the first time I can remember no summer movies to watch.

I am loving the drive in. So far I have seen Wonder Woman/Aquaman, Ghostbusters/Groundhog day, E.T./Jurassic Park, and just got back from The Goonies/Gremlins (Gizmo is adorable). All double features and only ten dollars for both. I am having a blast.
