I'm a huge fan of the extended dance sequence in Center Stage.
I especially enjoy the part where Jody manages to go from loose hair and a long blue dress to corn rows and a red outfit in what seems like a matter of seconds.

The America number in West Side Story has such vibrance, such life! Humor, passion, heat. It always gives me goosebumps.

Hi everyone, can't believe no one mentioned this one but both dance sequences in The Mask was pretty good. The one with Cameron Diaz and Jim Carrey at the nightclub and the other one out on the street surrounded with all the cops, which finishes off with a wicked conga!

Just about any of the sequences from "A Chorus Line". I know, I know, the movie sucked river water but the dancing was expressive and inspiring.
The ballet in "The Turning Point" (and Shirley MacLaine and Anne Bancroft as bonuses), with Baryshnikov at his peak (yum!).
And agree, anything Gene Kelly (I wasn't "blessed" enough to see "Xanadu", after I heard it had rollerskating in it - why??).
Jimmy Cagney in "Yankee Doodle Dandy". As natural as Fred Astaire.

I refuse to watch Xanadu for all the obvious reasons, but mainly so I can continue to pretend that my pretend boyfriend (magically frozen at Singin' in the Rain age) never even knew it existed. No way did my Gene Kelly besmirch himself with that tripe.
I love Donald O'Connor's Make 'Em Laugh number from SinR. It's a good thing I was a chicken as a kid, or I would have put a hole in a wall trying to imitate it.

All the dance numbers Vera-Ellen does in White Christmas with Bing Crosby & Danny Kaye are infreakincredible. Add to it her 12" waist, and I was one envious teenage dancer.
Oh...I totally forgot Baryshikov's solo stuff in White Nights GOD did I crush on him in high school.
