There's a Criterion Collection version of Dazed and Confused? Where has this been all my life? Here it is...

I just got another "before Prison Break" moment upon watching Underworld: all of a sudden, there was Wentworth Miller! I barely recognized him underneath the hair and geeky glasses.

I happened across that old Goldie Hawn movie Wildcats the other night. Had not seen it in years. I was really surprised to see that it had Wesley Snipes and Woody Harrelson in it. And LL Cool J. I loved that movie when I was a kid. Football...[/off key & beat]

Mikelti Williamson is also in Wildcats.
One of Burt Lancaster's last films was Rocket Gibraltar, where he plays the patriarch of a eclectic family on Long Island.
Family members were played by Kevin Spacey, Bill Pullman, Frances Conroy, Patricia Clarkson, Suzy Amis, Sarah Rue, and Macaulay Culkin.

Divaspawn1 and I just caught a screening of All That Jazz at the Paramount's Summer Film Series, and I'd forgotten that the smarmy, self-important, critically-acclaimed-but-box-office-poison director who's asked to take over Roy Scheider's Broadway show in the wake of his massive heart attack was John Lithgow. He was wonderful, as always.

Wasn't he? I think that's the first thing I saw him in. Is he the guy who yells "This must've cost a FORTUNE" during the big blow-out dream sequence?
And, of course, Jessica Lange played Death in ATJ, too.

And, of course, Jessica Lange played Death in ATJ, too. He's actually not--that was Max Wright, who played the producer of the film who was always whining about the cost of the endless editing. He was perhaps best known as Willie Tanner on "Alf". I think Jessica Lange was more beautiful in ATJ than in anything else I've ever seen her in. Fosse really made her look fantastic.

Oh, that's right. It's been a while since I've seen the movie.

So, it turns out Kristin Bauer, aka Pam from True Blood, had a small role in Romy and Michele's High School Reunion. Here she is! Now, that E! pointed it out I do believe I remember what scenes she was in but man I never made the connection until now!
