I'm getting into Flight of the Conchords. I want Eminem to cover "Hurt Feelings." Hearing him rap about people not complimenting his casserole would be the best thing.

wilbert, there is a Rap and Hip Hop thread, but it's pretty buried. As far as albums, I would go with Enter the Wu Tang and Wu Tang Forever. Don't overlook the solo efforts by Ol Dirty Bastard and the others, but each one will be to your taste. As one of my former record store colleagues said, "the Wu Tang Clan is basically the Buena Vista Social Club of rap." We had an alternate theory about them also being the Highwaymen, but it didn't work as well as an analogy.
