Yeah, me too. I listened to some of her stuff and found it pretty generic. And sorry, but her voice kinda sucks. She very shrieky and sounds like she smokes four packs a day.

I think 21 is a big step up from her debut album, by which I was not that impressed.

I am digging her new album, especially the cover of The Cure's "Lovesong." Nice to see her getting so much attention, as there is only so much of Katy Perry and Ke$ha I can take.

I think it's great that she's getting so much recognition lately. Her sound is desperately needed (and refreshing) among the Ke¢ha's and Katy Perry's, and as an alternative to Gaga, and with Christina m.i.a.

I just downloaded 21 and am really liking it. I'd been on the fence since I'd heard a lot of good things but wasn't that familiar with her, and then a friend of mine posted Rolling In the Deep and I LOVED it, so I took a chance on the whole album. I like her voice, but I also really like her phrasing/interpretation. I can't believe she's only 22.

What was the context? Was Adele serious or kidding? How did Chelsea take it?

She was joking. Chelsea made a joke about "gingers" and Adele laughingly called her a bitch.

I think she's got a narrow range, her enunication is bad and her songs are boring. And yet when I listen to her sing I have to make sure I'm alone because she moves me to tears every time.
