Oh wow. Admittedly not someone I was paying a lot of attention to, but I had no idea Russell Brand had gone full wingnut. What a chode.
And yeah Armie's career already kind of sucked before the scandal. People need to let it go and stop trying to make fetch happen. There's plenty of other blandly handsome white guys without cannibalism fetishes we can all collectively move on to.

Man, the Death on the Nile cast is just one liability after another. Let's not forget Letitia Wright's anti-vax nonsense also. I'm still going to watch it - what can I say? I like high-gloss adaptations of Christie, and I enjoyed Branagh's Murder on the Orient Express remake. And Hammer's off-screen grossness won't detract too much because {spoiler}he is playing a conniving murderers here. |

because his wife was a Trump supporter I have never seen anything backing this up. She posts LGBTQ and BLM stuff on her Instagram and I've never seen her say anything close to supporting DT. She's rich, white, and from Texas, but that doesn't automatically mean Trump supporter. And what a shitty thing to believe anyway. No one deserves abuse or to be married to an abuser. |

because his wife was a Trump supporter I have never seen anything backing this up. She posts LGBTQ and BLM stuff on her Instagram and I've never seen her say anything close to supporting DT. She's rich, white, and from Texas, but that doesn't automatically mean Trump supporter. And what a shitty thing to believe anyway. No one deserves abuse or to be married to an abuser. I agree but it was really prevalent on some sites for a while. |

However, I do hope she doesn’t take Armie Hammer back, she deserves more respect and peace. On the internet, someone speculates that Mrs. Armie Hammer might be conservative and three months later that has cemented into the internet believing that she organized January 6. Recently I read an exchange that went something like this: "Why is that we hate Phoebe Waller-Bridge again?" "I think her grandfather was named in the Panama Papers or something". Whatever excuse to default to dragging. |

There’s no need to libel this woman just because she supported Trump, that doesn’t mean she’s A-OK with the insurrection or had any connection to it. I was on Twitter (I know, my mistake) and a “leftist gamer” claimed that Skrillex taking a photo with Jordan Peterson meant that Skrillex was anti-LGBTQ+. I mentioned that taking a photo with someone doesn’t mean endorsement of 100% of their beliefs. He blocked me. |

I follow Elizabeth Chambers on Instagram, I happen to live 50 feet from one of her bakeries so she's a weird source of (very mild) interest for me. I would be surprised if she is a Trump supporter, I know she's close to Armie's family and they are very conservative so maybe that's where the connection comes from. I'm seriously disgusted that she's taking him back but not surprised. I figured she's been laying low in the Caymans all this time because they have been back together. I can't see how he ever has a Hollywood career again, he's not talented enough to come back from that craziness.
