Blake is definitely going for the country twang, and it's going to hurt him in the long run.
So far I like Cee Lo's group the best. His are the only ones that are memorable and can really sing without all of the oversinging.
Adam is doing pretty good with his team, but maybe that's because of Javier.
I lothe to hear Frenchie and Beverly on the same team. Mine ears they doth bleed.

Maybe it's just my huge crush talking but I think Beverly has that whole "X factor" going on. I just love to watch her. She seems SO genuinely happy and SO in the moment.

I like her because she's an old broad who refuses to give it up and tone it down. Rock On, Bev!

WTF is Blake doing? I suspect his dilemma is that he either didn't choose, or wasn't chosen by, the more "conventional" singers, so he ended up with a team of mismatched singers spanning different genres. While I understand that pairing them off must be difficult, why is he choosing such horrible songs for them?
He looked really pissed at Sarabee and she looked upset by the time he was ready to decide. I wish they hadn't edited his comments, because I'd really like to know what he said to her.
Kelsey and the Thomson sisters should form their own group. I don't care for the sisters, but the three of them had really good chemistry. Cee Lo has a good eye for pop singers.

I hated this week's episode to be honest. I can't believe Adam eliminated Rebecca either.

Agree -- Blake's song choice and pairing were awful. I didn't hate the ep, but there were no super-exciting performances.

It was meh for me, too. The most exciting part of the show was finding out that Raquel Castro was in Jersey Girl. (And then sadness as I realized that Original Bennifer was ten years ago.)

I thought that she looked familiar! But I thought she wasn't as good as Liz. And this week was a round of horrible choices, IMO. It was like for everyone that sucked more than the other, were selected. I don't know if I can take another episode of suckatude.

This week's episode looks like it might be good. It seems that they saved a couple of the best singers for last.
I watched the last couple episodes again before deleting them to make room for new stuff, and I decided that I would be sad if Blake ever stopped the wackadoodle song choices. I'm beginning to find them oddly charming. They're definitely more memorable than the songs Christina is choosing.
Blake is also the one that most blatantly stacks the matchups to cut dead weight. He does have similar singers on his team, but if he paired Dia and Xenia, for example, he'd have to cut either Dia or Xenia. So he matches them both up with singers he wouldn't mind losing. Adam does it, too, but it's not as obvious.
I refuse to believe that Cee Lo actually shed tears at the prospect of having to eliminate either Kelsey or the sisters. I refuse.
