I agree - the Max send off was done well. I waver on Fonseca - she's not as good as Maggie Q with all of the range that you noted, but she has some lovely moments - whenever she's sad, for example.

I like Sean and would love for him to have Alex since that's what he wants, but I'm not getting the same from her. It's like she knows that she should like Sean because he's solid, but something is missing for her. At least that's what I'm seeing at this point. It's realistic given her history, but I wish that they would just settle it and move on then. I feel bad for the guy. How long can you pine after someone with no interest in you? It's also kind of irritating as an audience member. Shit or get off the pot.

Michael needs to give that speech that he gave Cassandra about Nikita to Nikita. She would love to hear that she's his number one.

I don't understand why they haven't had them talk. I guess they were waiting for Michael to have his epiphany via Max. Not sure. I know it's what Nikita needs to hear.

Absolutely loved this last episode, and it is exactly why I would miss Amanda if she were one of the villains to go. There was so much great psychological back and forth here, and it was great to watch. Maggie Q and Melinda Clarke were great this episode too. Please renew this show CW!

Anyone know if this has been renewed for next season? I fear for the amount of good guys possibly dying in the season finale. Everyone was way too happy at Ryan's safe house. I found the "I need another shot" scene very sweet, and more half-naked Sean is always welcome. Thank you, producers.

Haven't heard yet. According to E!, it's on the bubble. Ausiello had it a sure bet before last week's ep. It's holding steady in demo, but it's ratings are dropping.

Haven't seen the new ep. Thought I was going to see Avengers tonight. Half-naked Sean is always good.

I am digging this incarnation of Nikita and it's funny to see Alberta Watson, Carlo Rota and Peter Outerbridge guest starring since they were all on the old series.
Also, I hope Melinda Clarke gets to stay. I like her just-below-the-surface craziness.

However, I just gotta post one of my favorite Madeline scenes from the old series. I think her deilvery at the end with the doctor is just chilling:

Me too. The show's bible maps out a 3-year story, so it makes me really happy they'll be able to finish their version of Nikita.
