I have a good beauty recommendation--just bought a Tarte Sunshine Stick Illuminator. Really makes a difference when I swipe it under my eyes, but it's not as heavy as a concealer.

I have a July wedding to attend - noon service, followed by a garden party reception. Would I be out of bounds to wear white pants (wide legged and cropped and paired with an olive lacy top)? If it makes a difference it's two grooms so there isn't likely to be anyone in a white wedding dress.

I would think so. Since you're not in all-white, I don't think I would make the bridal connection. White pants just say summer to me, so perfectly appropriate IMO.

Apparently I missed a memo along the way--is there a reason why everyone's shaving off their eyebrows?
Seriously--WHY?

Are they shaving them off or just bleaching them? I thought I heard the trend referred to as 'platinum brows' or something, but if they're shaving them....sigh.

*That's* why the client I saw yesterday had such funny shaped brows! They were like inverted capital "U"s. I didn't want to stare.

It's a thing I've seen on younger people on TikTok. Plus, my 15-year-old niece shaved (or plucked) a bit from the middle of one of her brows. I guess it's one of those fashion trends that all generations have where they look back in 20 years going, "What was I thinking?"

I teach Esthetics. Brow bleaching is much more popular than it should be * sighs deeply*
