I love Maxima's oufit, too. Prince Daniel often looks the same in every single picture, sort of like a bespectacled Guy Smiley. Not that that's not handsome, but still. Victoria looks so pretty and happy.
And the baby is adorable.
ETA: oops, I deleted the comment about the ribbons while Augustus posted. Thanks! I got as far as figuring it was a royal-family thing, but I wasn't sure beyond that.

The blue ribbon and flowery medal is a Royal Order of the Seraphim that she was granted after her baptism.
