I'm seeing stories saying that it's just a rumor and it's not true, but I'm also seeing stories in the UK papers about what's going to happen when he does die, as if they are getting ready for it. They've been getting ready for it for a long time, but these are fresh stories in the past couple of hours.

Would the royal family announce something in between, like "Prince Philip has [condition] and we want the people to know he is entering the royal equivalent of hospice care"? Or would they just announce his death?

It’s now 7:30. If they were going to announce it, they would have by now. |
