He's 98 years old and walked out on his own after being in the hospital for 4 days, not to mention being reasonably mentally sharp still. That's fairly impressive and much more than can be said for the vast, vast majority of people at that age, if they manage to get there. I'm disheartened but not surprised that his appearance is being mocked on Twitter - how many other nonagenarians are active in public life as a frame of reference?
