Yeah, it was weird seeing Wayans just being sort of laidback... I'd never considered him as a love interest before. I was disturbed by my feelings about him as well. That's it exactly -- it was a low-key kind of role and I'm not used to seeing that from him. He just kind of smiled and patiently put up with their insanity and sat there being adorable. I was VERY confused indeed about my feelings. groovethang, I was telling my friend that if a sequel does happen, there better be some face suckage between them, or there is no justice. I am also ashamed to say I laughed most of the albino jokes. "You look evil as shit!" After the clip we saw of "Foul Play" (I remember my mom watching that movie when I was a kid), I was dying. Melissa McCarthy's delivery and timing are spot on. She's hilarious. ETA: I forgot to mention: The cat-kidnapping. So pathetic. So hilarious. "This was never your cat, was it?"

The albino jokes and delivery are exactly what I keep replaying in my head, cackling every time.
"You OK? You look a little pale." "Snow cone" - this doesn't do any justice to her delivery of it, though!

I didn't know you slept in a suit. Go get your top hat!
And, as they're trying to get the family to a safe place, "Get in the CAH!" (meanwhile Joey M's girlfriend is turning in circles like a dog chasing its tail).

Also, calling Sandra's boss "Puss in Boots"? So wrong, but I cracked up. Hard.

Saw this last night and agree with everyone, it was great. Take that, whoever it was who said women aren't funny.
McCarthy can deliver a line like no one, and Bullock is the perfect straightman. (Is there a gender neutral term for that?) you can tell they got along we'll, just by their natural reactions, or it's great acting. Either way, kudos.
Marlon Wayans (don't watch any of his stuff, so I'm not familiar with him otherwise) was charismatically cute, what a smile!

I thought this was hilarious. Just as funny as any bro comedy. I am so annoyed by all the guys I know calling it a chick flick and they'll pass on seeing it because they don't think it could possibly be funny.
"Im balls deep in boredom". So many funny quotes.

This was hilarious! I was cracking up throughout. "We're engaged, because you just gave me a ring, motherfucker!"

I loved it, it was so much fun. And I appreciate that they didn't make Melissa McCarthy do a fake Boston accent. Everyone in her character's family was hilarious. And I may have squeed a bit when Joey McIntyre showed up as one of her brothers, I've loved him for most of my life. That's who that was. It was driving me crazy. This movie was so much funnier than I expected. I laughed so hard that it made me cry. I expected Melissa to be hysterical, but I thought Sandra did a great job with physical comedy. Her whole bit with dragging herself down the hallway at the end was hysterical. For some reason, the part that made me laugh the most was when Sandra drug her two middle fingers across the conference room glass. I'm pretty sure they announced that they were going to make a sequel already because the movie only cost $43 mil to make and it's taken in $95 mil so far and is still going strong.. It's kicked the ass of big blockbusters like White House down & The Lone Ranger. I am loving how much The Heat is kicking so many movies asses this summer. Melissa actually has the top 2 comedies of the year so far. The Heat beat out Hangover 3, The Internship, This is the End, etc.

I really lost it at a random moment when Bullock tells off her colleagues toward the end, leaves the room, but then just drags her middle fingers across the glass. I don't know if that was spontaneous or scripted but it was so absurd, I was in tears.

As I did every single joke made about the albino character especially when Mullens said his wife was a bag of flour with a six-inch hole in it. Bwah!
