Yeah...it was obvious he was fired, but why? I thought he'd be eager to reveal what was going on since he isn't exactly shy on Twitter.

Yeah, they really slaughtered the Golden Goose with Orlando and Irving. Orlando was giving Sleepy Hollow a social media presence and hype it might not have built up as quickly without his efforts. And Capt. Irving was the character that kept the show somewhat grounded in reality. He was one of the last hold outs to believe there was a guy with no head running around. Then once he did get on board with the supernatural element, his very real, very messy family drama upped the stakes of what Abbie and Ichabod were fighting for. Irving was the one who kept them all human.
Why the writers suddenly decided Katrina the stereotypical romance heroine with her magic that never worked was the way to go, I'll never figure out. Someone just had some Mary Sue fantasies they needed to get out of their system, I guess.
But yeah. The show's still kind of enjoyable. But it lost its heart and soul when they booted Orlando. It feels more like a low grade 1st Season Supernatural rather than the truly special thing it was with Capt. Irving in the mix and Orlando spreading the memes. *sigh*. He's better off without them though. I'm sure he misses the paycheck. But not the dumbassery.

Nice to see the show again, enjoying it while it is still on. I agree, the producers etc haven't managed the show and the great chemistry the actors have very well.

It would have been neat to have a little less Pandora and a little more gargoyle running amok.

Yea I agree, more little monsters and the two main couples. Don't fall back into bad habits.

On the shallow side, Abby's hair was awesome in demon-limbo land.

So, I've been watching since the beginning. I like this show. I like the actors in the roles. I just want to know where Crane gets his clothes from the late 1700s. He came into the future without a suitcase. He's been in present day Sleepy Hollow for some time. He drives, he uses a cell phone. Can't he get some up to date clothes? He isn't wearing the same thing every episode.

There was a little historian girl who was making stuff for him, but I can't remember if she died, or if she is the one who dumped him.
