The Ichabbie moments were so good. I was grinning at the breakfast exchange. Then the show decided to fucking lose its mind and kill Joe, resurrect Betsy, and make Danny an annoying addition to Team Witness. Yay for Papa Mills knowing about the supernatural, but wtf to abandoning his kids and leaving them to the foster care system. He knew what was going on and did nothing.

I felt a strange vibe from Nicole Beharie all season long and I couldn't figure out what it was about. It was more than just Abbie's catacombs trauma. I guess now I know. They really should have just wrapped the show completely. They re-worked the show so unnecessarily and so early in its run that now it's, at best, uneven. It's time to let this one go.

I bugged out on this show a while back, but I saw in Twitter what happened.
This show had a ton of problems, but Nicole Beharie wasn't one of them.
