I loved it but all the Lizzington shippers are in deep denial over the fact Red is indeed her father. Oh well...ride that ship until the end.
Meera's death was sad but not really. We didn't know a thing about her and really Aram, Liz and Don are a solid team. I hate a WoC was killed but that's also not a reason to keep her around.
Berlin is insane! Insane!

I have to admit my first thought was that Red was the one who rescued her from the fire and delivered her to her foster father. I'm still open to the idea that Red could be her father though.

I think it can be interpreted both ways. On the Today show Spader said at the end of the episode you will know more... or you think you'll know. Clearly he enjoys screwing with us! I'm so glad Aram survived - he is the only smart FBI guy. And as long as I get my filll of Red being a badass I'm happy.

I'm really happy Aram & Ressler made it too. Parminder is a fave of mine since Bend It, but she really didn't do much on this show. Don't throw POCs on a show just for window dressing, it defeats the purpose. Still, she went out violently, which was sad.
OK, I'm still not convinced Spader is Liz's dad--only that he was present at the fire. The entire cast seemed to be anti "Red as Dad" in interviews, so I'm hoping this was just a nifty cliffhanger.
Tom, dammit! I hate him but really like Ryan Eggold, so I hope he & his evil glasses pop up again. He was doing a bunch of pre-finale press on TV last week, which made me think (hope?) they weren't killing him off yet.

I knew the guy who cut his hand off was Berlin as soon I realized that Peter Stormare was playing him. You don't hire an actor of his caliber for a one-off part in a minor scene.

Have we had any inkling of Liz's mom? If Red's the dad then who is the mom? Is the mom the girl in the photo who is apparently Berlin's daughter? And who killed her - not Red I assume? Someone pissed off at Red? The girl in the photo was the one whose photo made an appearance in the episode involving the guy who disposed of people in acid.

Anyone else want to see a Blacklist/24 crossover? They're both on FOX. Spader and Sutherland are both 80's icons. They could have a growl-off while Jack yells "DAMMIT!" and Red waxes poetic about the delicious caviar he's eating.

I'd love a crossover but Blacklist is on NBC here in LA. I just always assumed they were on NBC everywhere else, that's not the case?

Whoops, you're right! I somehow thought it was FOX. Alas. Guess I'll have to look for fanfic (you just KNOW there's Jack Bauer/Reddington fanfic out there somewhere).
