Rita Ora joins the cast as Christian's sister. She's a British singer who had a bad breakup with Rob Kardashian and briefly appeared in the last Fast & Furious movie, starting a drag race. I think they are just drawing names out of a hat at this point. Filming has begun.

I hope this pic fails big time, spectacularly, Gigli-squely, just to deflate the author's ego. At least Cassandra Claire actually worked at her writing, even if it was derivative of Harry Potter.

Now they're saying they're going to release two versions, one R, one NC17, the latter to attract those that liked the R version and are salivating to see more. More of what?

One of my favorite quotes is from Michael Caine about Jaws the Revenge; “I have never seen it, but by all accounts it is terrible. However, I have seen the house that it built, and it is terrific." I'm hoping that Fifty Shades of Grey is Marcia Gay Harden's new vacation home.

I have to admit that Jamie Dornan is gorgeous enough to make me possibly see this movie. Although I might download it like the last Twilight.

I'm hoping that Fifty Shades of Grey is Marcia Gay Harden's new vacation home. She also has a divorce to pay for plus she has three kids one of whom will be going to college in a few years. And factoring in the iffy future of Trophy Wife, I can't really blame her for taking a paycheck movie.

While I think Charlie Hunnam is super hot, I have to say that I think Dornan is a better choice for this part. He looks closer to what I imagined Christian looked like when I read Jenny Trout's recaps. I will probably rent this eventually because I have a morbid curiosity about how it will turn out.

That's lame and a cop-out. Either GO THERE with the NC-17 shit or don't, don't try to have it both ways. Will. Not. Happen. I read someplace that both versions can't be in the theaters at the same time (to avoid any consumer confusion). This is just hype. The blu-ray release will have the NC-17 "director's cut".
