My mom specifically requested that people NOT wear black to her funeral. She wanted everyone to wear their favorite colors. Hers was red so I wore that.

Reminds me of Ariana's awesome statement on objectification from a couple of years ago. That was when she was with Mac Miller. Now apparently she is in love with a man who falls for Howard Sterns sly interviewing technique and says all kinds of stupid shit to be "one of the boys."

Among the other subjects Davidson touched on was the furor over Bishop Charles E. Ellis III's awkward embrace of Grande at Aretha Franklin's funeral last month, which some people thought was inappropriate; for the record, Davidson said he's "never been prouder" than when former Pres. Bill Clinton appeared to be ogling Grande. "We didn't even know it happened until after," Davidson said of the incident, which Ellis later apologized for. "It's not cool and I feel really bad. We both don't think that was intentional. He's a really tall guy, she's very little. He was trying to be funny. He did a stupid joke, he's a pastor. He did a sh---y joke, broadcast it on TV. Sh---y situation...I feel bad for that guy."

Wow. Doesn't feel bad for his GF who either intentionally or unintentionally got felt up? I have been so impressed with Ariana's consistent feminism. If she doesn't address this, she's wavering in the name of love and, assuming she's honestly represented herself as a feminist, will eventually tire of that "dick energy" and regret the time she wasted her "vagina energy" on him. I'm waiting.

She has posted a few things about how sad she is about Miller’s death, how much he meant to her, or words to that effect. I’m hoping Davidson isn’t taking those comments and bothering her about them. I saw she declined to perform on SNL this weekend. Wonder if something is going on.
