Hopefully, they will put a bow on it with a TV Movie, like some other shows have gotten. They should have been prepared for that, but, I spent too much time with these idiotic characters to leave it like that!

Is this the thread where I get to whine about Timeless being cancelled? I'm more annoyed with the "fans" who didn't show up when it mattered than the network. If you want a show to stick around, make the effort to find out what you need to do to make your rating count and do that. Networks don't care what you have to say about a show on twitter, they care about the numbers that translate to dollar signs.

I loved Timeless. LOVED it. Was gutted by the 2nd cancellation. I'm not being snarky, but what more could've fans done for the show than watch it? I watched it live every week, but we aren't a Neilsen household (we were years ago) keeping track of our shows.

Timeless is getting a two hour wrap up set to air over the holidays. According to the creators, NBC didn’t want to be “bad guys” to the fans. MLBoy and I had so much fun watching this show. I’m really glad that we’ll get an ending.

Big Bang Theory ending after 12 seasons. I know they probably have more money than they know what to do with, but they also worked only 3.5 days a week. 😐

They definitely earn good money on this show. Glad someone put their hand up to say, I think it's time for it to end.

I know The Big Bang Theory isn't liked in these parts for some reason, but I always found it a fun and entertaining diversion. Plus, it made science and comic books cool the way Glee made choirs cool.

Anyway, series finale was last night, and I really liked it. Addressed a few issues for the fans - why Leonard always wears a hoodie, the elevator was finally fixed, and we saw the Wolokids. And Amy and Sheldon won the Nobel Prize for Physics, which wasn't surprising, but was handled well.

Also, the episode of Young Sheldon that followed tied in nicely, with little Sheldon holding a Nobel Prize announcement party and no one shows up, of course. While he's sad about that, they play "Someday We'll Be Together" over a montage of all the BBT characters as kids, doing exactly what you'd expect each of them to be doing at age 10-ish.
