Yes he does, it's a three year order.

Youtuber Colleen Ballinger, best known for her Miranda Sings character which took her to live shows and even a Netflix series, has been accused of grooming and exploiting her underage fans for years. Among many other things, she had a private groupchat called “Colleeny’s weenies” where, among other things, she asked one teen for a picture of their butt, got other young teens to do social media work for her unpaid, and shared Trisha Paytas's Onlyfans pictures and videos with these. It doesn't appear that she ever had sexual contact with any of them, but there's a lot of really inappropriate stuff that she did do and chat logs to prove it.

Her response to all this coming out? She broke out her trusty ukelele and wrote a song about the "toxic gossip train" which included the immortal lines "the only thing I've ever groomed are my two Persian cats" and "Not a groomer, just a loser."

It's a whole hot mess.

A second woman is adding to the Jonah Hill mess claiming he forced a kiss on her when he was 24 and she was 16. It allegedly happened at a party at Justin Long’s place.

The Colleen Ballinger accusations sound a lot like what happened with Broadway star Alice Ripley. In 2021, she was accused of having inappropriate emotional relationships with teens, with the interactions occurring primarily in the 2010s.

Ballinger's ukelele song was uploaded to Apple Music and is available for purchase. Presumably this is so she can invoke copyright strikes against anyone else who incorporates it into their own YouTube video to criticize it.

Now that I do, her career will hopefully be over, but her young fans won’t care and the adults will take the “she’s not as bad as [name toxic celebrity]!” instead of just looking at her track record like…

- Basing her character on “untalented singers on social media” and her disabled relative!

- Trying to make a cute “story” about her dog accidentally biting her and the dog was euthanized.

- Possibly re-using her ukulele diss track about her ex-husband for “The Toxic Gossip Train”.

- And the most unforgivable crime, making Trisha Paytas look like the better person! She apologized for any underage persons who may have seen her nude photos which are only available for payers of her OnlyFans.

I know, right? Also, this is DEFINITELY a charge of giving pornography to minors? Lawyer Greecies?

Not a lawyer, but my understanding is that it is indeed illegal under federal law to give minors (which in this case means under 16)pornography.

I just remembered that Adam McIntyre (who is AWESOME and I’ve been subscribed to him on YouTube) is an Irish national, so how would the law apply?
