According to the indictment, from 2008 to the present, members of the Combs enterprise allegedly engaged in sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for purposes of prostitution, coercion and enticement to engage in prostitution, narcotics offenses, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice. He's been indicted on 3 counts.

I'm glad he's not out on bail and is in currently in pre-trial detention. Can't risk him getting a private plane to Bali so he can hide out with Russell Simmons.

He's offering to pay $50 Million to be released on bail. Man...that's insane.

Apparently even more than being a flight risk he's been tampering with the case. The prosecutors accuse him of tampering with the case

The defendant also poses a significant risk of obstructing justice," prosecutors said. "During the course of the charged conduct, the defendant has attempted to bribe security staff and threatened and interfered with witnesses to his criminal conduct. He has already tried to obstruct the Government's investigation of this case, repeatedly contacting victims and witnesses and feeding them false narratives of events."

"There are simply no conditions that would ensure that the defendant's efforts to obstruct and tamper with witnesses will stop," prosecutors said.
