Very telling sketches.
Did they really need to have 7 officers with guns drawn arrest Huffman? That seems excessive for a nonviolent crime.
I can't imagine they will do any jail time, will they?

Good point.
Can you imagine how mad you'd be at your Mom if you were Olivia Jade? Just as she's starting to experience independence, she loses it all because of her mom's overreaching. I wonder what sort of redemption PR tour she's going to go on if she wants to have a career in the public eye.

I wonder what sort of redemption PR tour she's going to go on if she wants to have a career in the public eye. From what I read somewhere else, OJ and Isabella were both questioned by guidance counselors, teachers, advisors at their school as to why they were being recruited for the crew team. They both lied and told the school employees that they were on crew teams and had been rowing for years. Showed them the pics they had posed for and pics that had been photoshopped. I wouldn’t be surprised if some employee of their (small) private school, thought the situation strange enough to make a phone call. I would call DPI in a heartbeat and ask about a student being falsely recruited as an athlete. I would probably even call the NCAA, especially if only 1 school is “recruiting” these “athletes.” That’s not how the recruiting of athletes works, & I would hazard to guess those folks who have worked in the HS setting, especially silly those who have been in that setting for a few years, know how recruiting his athletes works. I have no idea what the laws are in California or if it even matters to people who are employed by private schools, but if a similar situation happened in NC, and I knew, or was suspicious of, wrong doing by student, parent, test administrator, proctor, or anyone else, I am legally obligated to report it, or I could (& would) lose my teaching license and face jail time. If I’m a counselor or teacher at that school, there’s no way I’m getting fired, losing my license, and going to jail ‘cause of Aunt Becky, Targetman, & their entitled brats. When Calls the Heart is retooling & reworking storylines to continue without LL. They killed off the male lead last year when he wanted to leave the series, so I guess they could go that route or just replace her like they do on soaps.

I think it's more interesting that she's being written out of the last season of Fuller House. She's been on that show since the original version, is a main character. Will her character be killed off, or be away taking care of an elderly aunt, or be in a sanitarium for tuberculosis, or will they throw some shade and say that Aunt Becky is in jail for fraud?
Or the girl can do what millions of other 20-somethings have been doing since the dawn of time - get a real job and earn her keep.

Yes, but she won't. She's been groomed since birth to only pursue what she's interested in consider herself hard-working for doing that. I watched a few of her videos, and she has a pleasant, cute on-air demeanor. I can understand why she has so many viewers. She "seems" to hit the middle ground between being a celebrity and also being a "normal" kid (let me be clear that she isn't), but she seems that way. I'm not saying she isn't horribly privileged, but she also has instant name recognition now.
I wonder if she's considering giving an honest interview that establishes her innocence once the legal dust settles (a la Hugh Grant after his arrest for soliticting a prostitute in 1994) and picking up with her youtube followers? She hasn't actually been accused of doing anything illegal. If she could come clean in a few months, she could make her brand more likable and gain new followers. I think she'd have to separate herself from her family more and be transparent about that.
But her mom doesn't seem to have that kind of honesty, so I'm not sure she could do it.

Just a question? What is a "real job" these days?
