The fact that she's done the "go kill yourself" or "you're dead" in DMs via Twitter to two public people who have released the DMs is pretty clear that Twitter needs to BAN her. Or at the very least, put her in Twitter jail for awhile.
She really should have just stopped Tweeting altogether and left her page to be handled by PR people. Even if it was years ago, clearly she was on a high of telling other people off and cancelling them not only in public, but privately thinking it would never see the light of day? That's just messed up.

I'm blown away by people like her who use the threat "You're done!" or "I will destroy you!" as if they're starring in some action movie. They need to have their teeth knocked out. I would be happy to never hear from her again, but that won't happen.

I didn’t know about the Michael Costello thing until today, wow. I remember him as being so funny and outgoing on PR, so hearing that he was so badly hurt (contemplating suicide I think?) feels even worse to me. It shouldn't because the DM's were awful no matter who received them, but thinking about the joyful person I remember just makes me extra extra sad. Now Leona Lewis is claiming Costello refused to work with her for a charity fashion show in 2014 because she was bigger than sample size. And he has replied saying love you, not true (basically)....it just gets messier and messier.

I don't know this guy, but I don't think him failing to be a perfect victim is all that relevant to Chrissy's behavior. There seem to be at least a few different people who have issues with him, including the person who originally Photoshopped a comment to get him in trouble. (Although him not being able to dress a celebrity because he only had sample sizes on hand is unfortunately very common in the fashion industry, and it's ridiculous but it's not "bullying".)
Chrissy felt justified to use her influence to try to end someone's career, and DM'd him things like "You deserve to suffer and die" and "You might as well be dead" and "Your career is over."
I absolutely hate using the expression cancel culture, but I have to. Chrissy is a perfect example of how cancel culture empowers people to be vicious, shitty, judgmental, and cruel, while feeling like they are actually doing something noble. And she's also a perfect example of how easy, if not inevitable, it is for the canceller to become the cancelled.

Definitely not relevant and doesn't make Chrissy Tiegen's behavior any less despicable. I just think it's fascinating that there are so many garbage people in the entertainment/fashion/music industry.

I just think it's fascinating that there are so many garbage people in the entertainment/fashion/music industry. Not to derail the thread but the garbage people are the norm, not the exception. Very hard to find people at the top who are actually decent; real success and power is usually for those who can shut off their morality and crap on their ethics and still look at themselves in the mirror in the morning. That's why the wrist slapping of a Scott Rudin is such a joke. This is a culture that runs really deep. Executives treat their assistants like shit, so if an assistant survives and gets promoted they turn and dump on their own assistant because they think that's what you do, and that's what makes you strong enough to survive. And everyone sees people acting like garbage and getting away with it so they think "Well, if Chrissy gets away with that, why can't I?"

Every time I see this thread pop up I am expecting a divorce announcement. I think that might be imminent. And I agree with you, Ginger. Costello's stupid remarks aren't on par with what Chrissy does and has done. I merely meant that this is a big mess that has escalated to (seemingly) a lot back and forth.
