Spanish royal family website. I was looking at it earlier this morning because I saw something about Jaime de Marichalar and was wondering if he and Elena were still married. He is on the royals website but there is no mention of the two of them still being married. Their biographies are really bizarre.

Isabel Sartorius has a lot of royal connections but I think she was unacceptable because her mother was also linked to drug dealers.

Elena and Jaime are officially "separated". But still "married".

I don't remember hearing about a separation I only heard about a "Cese temporal de su convivencia matrimonial " (A temporary cessation of conjugal living).
