Fresh off the Colombia trip, Prince Harry has announced he’s heading to NYC in September. He’s going to advance a number of his patronages including African Parks (I’m guessing he’s still not going to address the torture / abuse allegations), Travelyst (I guess he’s still pretending this is a thing?), The Halo Trust and the Diana Award.
The Earthshot summit will be happening in NTC at the same tune as Harry’s trip. No word on whether William will be attending but sure does seem like little brother is once again trying to ride on his brother coattails…..
After the “near catastrophic” 2 hour car chase through NYC the other year, the NYPD announced the Sussex’s would get additional security in future so I guess that stunt worked in ensuring they get the level of security they think they deserve.

Eh, might as well. It's not as if he has anything else to do.

I don’t know how much Harry is still involved in Travelyst, beyond some passive patronage, but the company I work for (travel technology) just became a Travelyst coalition partner as part of our sustainability initiatives. There is quite a bit going on with with some real travel industry players. If Harry was smart, he would get more involved and show he is willing to do more than lend his name.

You answered your own question. Harry is not smart, and he’s beyond lazy as well.

Yeah, I was going to say it sounds like a for-profit university.

I find the Better Up training proposal somewhat troublesome. Any old anyone can hang a shingle and claim they're a coach in the US. Although accrediting associations exist, even then standards may not be consistent and certifications are not necessary at all for someone to claim they're a coach. I'm sure there are good coaches out there--even my therapist, a LCSW and PhD, says that they can be good for help with short- to medium-term goals--but the lack of industry consistency is where things get messy. I sincerely hope that the Better Up training takes into account that there are some issues that cannot be solved by coaching and that longer-term therapy may be needed in some situations. Please keep us posted to the extent you're comfortable. Sounds interesting, both from royal gossip and actual sustainability perspectives.

I additionally hate that Better Up sounds so similar to BetterHelp, which is a legit online therapy solution with licensed therapists (not coaches). BetterHelp has commercials around here (I mostly hear them on podcasts), and even though I know better I still think of Prince Harry!

He’s giving exclusives to People mag on attending his uncle’s funeral. What a swell guy. 🙄

He’s giving exclusives to People mag on attending his uncle’s funeral. What a swell guy. 🙄 Smacks of Meghan's very private birth with Lilibet where People got a run down of exactly what shade the walls of this "exclusive, very private women run" clinic were and the exact names of the (expensive) women doctors were with her - but she didn't leak the details of course. And that Harry huffed the gas and air meant for her. Have no problem with the clinic or the female doctors obviously, just the Sussexes pretending that they had the perfect "private" birth and then a multipage People article describing every little detail just days after that can only have come from one source. Likewise, Harry sues at the drop of a hat for things that he has no right to anymore but is happy to sell out his mother's family (you know the one who is only looking after him because she's done with William's) family for a headline. This is the gut who several girlfriends described as thinking paparazzi are hiding in every bush. You are only encouraging them, doofus.
