Yeah, according to Alec. He didn't take any sort of legal action though, which makes me believe it was true. Dessarae told the press if he didn't stop lying and denying it, she'd "pull down his pants and f*ck him again", and I think that was the final word.

Bumping because I can't believe there's no talk about the uber-nasty custody battle. The latest is that Alec claims Kim is bribing their daughter with chocolate to hate him.

I think we need to add "poor Ireland" to our list of unfortunate celebrity children.  Poor little thing - caught between a neurotic mother and a terrifying father. She, Frances Bean, Bobby Kristina, and Hailie Mathers should all go live in one big house together with no adults around to fuck them up - just like Pippy Longstocking! |

Kim and Alec are both such total losers to drag out their custody fight like this. Alec's story about Kim writing notes to Ireland on chocolate bar wrappers is just ridiculous. I feel very sorry for Ireland. If they don't stop this, she will probably end up estranged from one, or both, of them when she's older.

Yet the "message" he claims Kim put on the candy bar to get on him was actually pretty innocuous and supportive to Ireland, not to do with Alec at all. If he's so nuts that he can read negativity into stuff like that, he does have problems.
Besides which, while he's talking about chocolate bars I've read that Kim wants to sever custody until Alec gets counseling and goes to anger management because she claims he has a violent temper. But he claimed that he won't go because Kim's shrink is turning his daughter against him.

Kim backed out of doing that horrible movie "Boxing Helena". The producers said she'd already made some kind of commitment, and that by replacing her, they'd be losing millions of dollars at the box office (yeah right). Actresses drop out of movies all the time, so I'm sure she never expected to get sued over it. She lost, and she wound up having to pay several million dollars in damages (which I believe Alec paid because she didn't have the money).
