Can someone step in and take Ireland away from both of them until she's old enough to make her own decisions?

Does anyone know if Ireland is adopted? I've read that she is. I can't remember if Kim was ever pregnant or not. Not that it matters, except that if Ireland is adopted, I don't know why she is never referred to as Kim and Alec's "adopted daughter" as the press always seems to do with adopted children of celebrities (which is really wrong, by the way, but it always happens. Hey, media, I know the Jolie kids and the Cruise kids are adopted. So what? The caption is really not neccessary).

As for her walking off the set of "Boxing Helena," I distinctly remember she had to pay eight million dollars for doing that. I'm really not sure why. I've never heard of a celeb having to pay such a huge sum for backing out of a movie. It seems rather harsh.
