Good for her. Honestly, in this day and age where we can pretty much see celeb's life in real time on social media, I hope paparazzi are becoming less relevant. It makes them become more relevant. The fantasy is we can peek behind the curtain, feel like these people we spend an absurd amount of attention on are worthy of whatever fantasies we project on them. So we build them up on one hand (red carpet shots that took weeks to dress and style, personal social media photos) and tear them down on the other (pap shots of them buying toilet paper, blind items about them secretly being bitches). The first reaction my snarky black heart had when I saw this was to doubt whether there were any paparazzi at all on that beach. It's just as likely that she posted that just to bump herself up in the headlines, nothing more. I would have been more charitable with another celeb, but she's proven to be a complete famewhore, so I wouldn't put it past her. Of course. They're all famewhores. Every single last one of them. Even, no ESPECIALLY the ones that don't shut up about how Hollywood is so shallow and they can't wait to escape back to their hometowns/Europe/ranch in Wyoming where people are real and authentic and don't know what iPhones are. The famewhoriness is what separates them from millions of other pretty, talented actors doing regional theatre or playing character bits. Promoting yourself, in a subtle way that makes it look like you're just plain folks who hates promoting yourself as as an essential part of the job as not eating carbs.

Aw, I like Anne! There may be something wrong with me. Aww no, I like her too! Sure she plays the ingenue and sure she worked hard for an Oscar, but I appreciate ambition and she seems super pro-woman, and really that's all it takes for me. I'm easy like that; just ask Taylor Swift.

Aw, I like Anne! There may be something wrong with me. Can we have t-shirts in our small club?

Add me to the small club. She at least has some self awareness and understood that she needed to go away for awhile after her Oscar.

I like her a lot, too. I think she is talented and she seems nice enough.

I had my eye on her (and Jesse Eisenberg) ever since she was on that show Get Real.

Yay! I'm not alone! I'm always afraid to peek into this thread because so few of us here don't hate her. She seems like she's happy these days and that's cool.
I loved her Met Gala dress this year. I'm a sucker for shiny gold dresses with hoods apparently.

She had a baby boy. They named him Jonathan Rosebanks Shulman.
