Her date A$AP Rocky grabbed a quilt off the bed before heading out. I absolutely love that he did this. This is Pandemic American fashion 2020-2021 when we all just want to curl up in a quilt made by Grandma and hide from the world. |

And quilting is a deeply American tradition that goes to the earliest days of this country, so to drape himself in one is actually a very interesting way to satisfy the brief. I’m not very savvy about fashion at all, but when I read the explanation that Rihanna’s look was evocative of street wear and that she was perhaps the only (or one of the only) guests to nod to that, I got it and think that once again, she really is a star of this particular red carpet. |

That dress needed if not a bandeau bra, some kind of boob taping. The head lighting and bouncing with each step situation would have been distracting even at the Grammies, let along walking to shake hands with the new president.

I was excited about "The Right Honorable" but I guess it's actually, "The Right Excellent Robyn Rihanna Fenty" -- I really love the 'Excellent' title! ;-)

Yeah that was not the occasion for going bra-less, it was really cringe and disrespectful in my opinion. But then my country hasn't made me a hero (YET lolz) so what do I know about dress code?
Not a fan of hers, but happy for her. It's always nice to be celebrated by your own peeps.
