That's sad, because otherwise they seem like decent people-the other kids don't seem to get in trouble. Well, Martin's brother Joe DID star in not one, but TWO movies that ended up on MST3K.

If Martin is an alcoholic, it makes sense that Charlie would be an addict. Tendency to addiction seems to run in families-boy does it ever in MINE. Both sides.

Does this mean the FBI will be officially investigating him because of the child pornography charges?

Just disgusting. I already knew he was sleazy scum. I always kind of put him in the same category as Nicholson. But the mentions of child pornography are still a bit shocking.

The papers say the sites had women that looked underage - she did stop short of saying they were underage porn sites. There are A LOT of porn sites out there that cater to the underage look, but with (I'm guessing) females of legal age. I'm assuming they're legal as the sites are freely available and not being shut down by feds. I don't know if the way the divorce papers are worded will ensue in an investigation of Sheen.

Richards's declaration, filed in support of her request for a restraining order against Sheen, contends that Sheen "belonged" to "disturbing" sites "which promoted very young girls, who looked underage to me with pigtails, braces, and no pubic hair performing oral sex with each other." Other sites visited by Sheen, Richards alleges, involved "gay pornography also involving very young men who also did not look like adults." Richards claims that she also discovered that Sheen "belonged to several sex search type sites" on which he "looked for women to have sex with." His online profile, Richards adds, included a photo of "his erect penis." The Richards evisceration also portrays Sheen as a lousy father who urged her to abort their first child. And, when she was about to give birth to their second child via a C-section, Sheen's attention was "diverted to his pager for the results of his betting." (17 pages)

The pubic hair could of course have been waxed, but the way it's worded makes it sound like it's actually really young girls. At least ones that are underage.

Oh boy, I know this isn't going to over very well, but what the hell, here goes...

She knew he didn't want children. She knew his reaction to their first child. She knew he was into drug use and had a temper. Why would someone chose to go ahead and make a child with someone like that as a father. Sure, he's an ass but she seems like one of those niave young girls who think they can somehow change a man.

Charlie was a pig before he met her, and he will be one long after. She never should have had children with him and should have used some common sense and birth control, too.

I think we all agree that he's an ass, and has been for a long time. But that still doesn't excuse death threats, violence or underage pornography.

Exactly. Google something obscene and you'll get a billion porn sites with young-looking girls dressed up in pigtails, waxed, etc. These are professional outfits using legal girls, they're just catering to that fetish. I don't think Denise was accusing him of being involved in something illegal, I just think she was trying to imply that if that's what he likes, it's a dangerous proclivity.

That's true. But the truly sad part is she made a choice. Too bad her two children didn't get to make the same choice.

What happens when these two babies grow up and learn of all the nastiness between their two parents? It's forever etched on the internet.

Which makes me wonder sometimes as to what ever happened to OJ's kids, when one parent destroys another. (One way or another). Just horrible and tragic.

Yeah, but what is she supposed to do. If she wants to ensure the safety of her kids now she has to make sure he can't get to them and that means reporting what he's done in court. She made a choice, yes. But that doesn't take away from what he's done.
